I had a ticket from Dubai to Kolkata(CCU) dated 13th July 20009 by Air India. But unfortunately I was unable to used that one. Now is it possible to reschedule that tikcets?

Depends on the type of ticket you purchased, and the flexibility of Air India. If you booked through an agent or direct with AI, then you need to contact them immediately. if it was a fixed, non transferable, non refundable ticket, the likelyhood is you have lost your money, and will need to rebook and pay again.
