I'm flying from Ontario to England, should I take a day flight or an over night flight? Last time I took a day flight and I had no problem but this time, the good deal is on an over night flight.

Night flights are good --- provided you don't have any problems sleeping inflight. You arrive on the other side at least somewhat rested (if not fully rested) ready to take on a new day! But if you don't sleep well inflight --- by the time you reach England you would've been up all day & all night... which isn't a good feeling. In this case, maybe a day flight may be the better choice. Good night sleep prior to leaving, travel all day long, reach England by night fall, crash into bed...
